Job Context:
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our DevOps and TechOps functions. This role is responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, system monitoring, and ensuring high availability of production and development environments. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, team management, and system reliability across enterprise software platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of AI, Data, and IoT solutions for enterprise and industry use cases.
· Architect and oversee backend systems (Python, FastAPI/Django) and RESTful APIs to support AI and IoT applications.
· Manage data engineering workflows including database design and pipeline development for both cloud and on-premises environments.
· Integrate AI features (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision) into IoT applications to deliver business value.
· Ensure best practices in code versioning (Git/GitHub), CI/CD, testing, and project documentation.
· Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring delivery quality, technical growth, and collaborative work culture.
· Work closely with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in AI/ML systems and data engineering.
· Strong Python programming skills; experience with FastAPI/Django.
· Proven experience in designing and deploying APIs, backend systems, and database-driven applications.
· Solid knowledge of cloud deployment (Azure/AWS) and on-premise systems
· Experience with IoT platforms and integrating AI into IoT solutions.
· Familiarity with Docker, Git/GitHub, and modern DevOps practices.
· Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with NLP, OCR, or computer vision models.
· Familiarity with advanced AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
· Microsoft Azure certification or equivalent cloud credential.
· Knowledge of data analytics tools and dashboards (Power BI, Fabric, etc.).
