Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Technology Development team. The role suits a professional passionate about building intelligent, data-driven systems and deploying real-world AI solutions, especially around large language models (LLMs), natural language processing, and automation.

You will design, train, and deploy ML models that power business insights, streamline workflows, and drive digital transformation across diverse domains.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·   Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI-driven solutions for production use.

·   Build, fine-tune, and integrate large language models (LLMs); apply prompt-engineering and fine-tuning strategies (few-shot, chain-of-thought, instruction tuning).

·   Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, and scalable serving.

·   Integrate ML models into existing systems and APIs (Python, REST, or gRPC).

·   Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deliver AI-powered product features.

·   Conduct performance evaluation, A/B testing, and continuous optimization of deployed models.

·   Keep abreast of the latest advancements in applied AI, generative modeling, and MLOps practices.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

·   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

·   Minimum 3 years of experience in ML, NLP, or AI-based product development.

·   Strong proficiency in Python with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

·   Sound understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design.

·   Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP pipelines, and prompt engineering.

·   Experience with data preprocessing, visualization, and model deployment.

·   Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

·   Experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API integrations.

·   Exposure to MLOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring tools.

·   Knowledge of AI-driven automation, chatbots, or generative content systems.

·   Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for solving complex real-world problems.

 

 

Job Location: Dhaka
