Job Context:
ADN DigiNet Limited, a leading IT company in Bangladesh, is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives, executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and drive brand growth and digital marketing business. This role demands a visionary leader who can cultivate a high-performing marketing team, shape the brand image of ADN DigiNet in the competitive IT landscape, and deliver exceptional services that drive business success.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth.
· Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's digital marketing business, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients while managing all internal and external marketing and branding tasks.
· Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing them with direction, motivation, and support.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and implement them effectively in campaigns.
· Lead architectural design discussions and provide technical guidance to the development team.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
· Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a technology or B2B marketing environment.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Passion for the technology industry and a strong understanding of the Bangladeshi IT market.
