ADN DigiNet Limited is a leading technology company working at the intersection of software engineering and digital transformation.
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (React.js & Java Spring Boot) to join our Technology department.
This position is ideal for a developer with 2–4 years of experience who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.
The selected candidate will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performing web applications for enterprise and global clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
-
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend).
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrate them with secure, high-performance backend APIs.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and code quality through best engineering practices.
Collaboration & Delivery:

- Work closely with UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Product teams for end-to-end project delivery.
- Participate in system design discussions, requirement analysis, and technical planning.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Maintain clear documentation for system components and integrations.
Requirements:
Education:
-
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent from a reputed university.
Experience:
-
- 2–4 years of professional experience in full stack or web application development.
- Hands-on expertise in React.js and Java Spring Boot.
Technical Skills:
Frontend (React.js):
-
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux / Context API, React Hooks, and reusable component design.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of REST API integration and frontend optimization.
Backend (Java Spring Boot):

- Experience in building and maintaining APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2) and error handling.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and RESTful design principles.
Database & Integration:
-
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
- Ability to write optimized queries and design efficient data models.
- Experience with ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA.
DevOps & Tools:

- Basic understanding of Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and version-controlled projects.
