This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery for enterprise and global clients.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, technical specifications, and design documents to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks.
- Implement and execute automated tests for functional, regression, integration, API, and mobile testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Postman.
- Design and execute load, performance, and stress tests using Apache JMeter to assess system scalability and reliability.
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman and automation libraries.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
- Identify, log, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Collaborate closely with developers, manual QA, and DevOps teams to improve test coverage and quality.
- Maintain test data, test environments, and automation reports.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports to support release decisions.
- Continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2β4 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or SQA Engineer with strong automation focus.
- Strong proficiency in Java for test scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and Postman.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
- Hands-on experience with issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environments.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle).
- Familiarity with SQL and database validation.
- Experience with cross-browser and mobile automation testing.
- Exposure to performance or security testing is a plus.
