We provide user panel and API. You can connect your application with our API or use the panel to manage your campaign and reports. Our system takes care of everything on how to deliver your SMS to the recipients.

Bengali SMS: 1 SMS, 70 Character 2 SMS or more, 65 Characters. English SMS: 1 SMS, 160 Characters 2 SMS or more, 150 Characters.

What Happens If I Go over My Plan?

Why Do I Need to Verify My Account?

You need to verify your identity following the regulations for the country.

What if I send spam SMS?

In Bangladesh, all SMS content should be vetted by the regulatory authority. So, you are not allowed to send spam or malicious content in SMS.

How to get masking name?

You can get masking SMS name by providing few documents, like the authorization letter, the expected masking name etc. These should be given in official letterhead pad with seal.

I’m Ready to Sign Up. What Do I Do and How Do I Pay?

You need to provide account opening information’s: Name, Email address, Company Name and provide the payment related document. After, confirming all the documents, we will create your account in our Portal.

Is there any limitation in terms of supported language?

Our SMS service supports Unicode. So, you can send text with any language. But, there are certain limitations in character limits for each language.

What is OTP?

OTP stands for One Time Password. You can use OTP SMS to verify your customer’s orders, Signups, payment systems.

What is long code?

Long code SMS refers to classic 10-13-digit phone numbers beginning with an area code.

What is short code?

An SMS short code is a 5 or 6 digit phone number that is used by organizations to send text messages, answer customer calls etc.

What is HTTP and SMPP?

HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). The Hypertext Transfer Protocol is an application protocol for distributed, collaborative, hypermedia information systems that allows users to communicate data on the World Wide Web. SMPP stands for Short Message Peer to Peer Protocol. SMPP is used to send and receive messages from and to GSM, UMTS, iDEN, CDMA and TDMA cell phones.

What is DLR?

What is masking SMS ?

Masking SMS is a text message with a specific sender ID written in Alpha numeric values, like “YOURBRAND”. The sender’s phone number is replaced by the name.

What is non-masking SMS?

In non-masking SMS, text messages are sent from random phone number as sender ID.

What is dynamic SMS?

In dynamic SMS, customer can send different content to different users. You can use this feature to make your content for personalized, for example “Dear Mr. Khan” is better than “Dear Clients”. Moreover, you can use dynamic SMS for transactional SMS, such as balance notification.

What is A2P SMS?

Application-to-Person messaging (A2P). Examples of A2P: Marketing messages, appointment reminders, chat bots or virtual assistants, notifications etc.

What is P2P SMS?

P2P stands for Person-to-Person messaging. In simple terms, this is when two or more people communicate over text messaging

What is MO SMS?

The term MO stands for “mobile originated” messaging. This type of message refers to a message sent from a mobile phone. More precisely, this is a message that customer/subscriber sends from mobile phone to mobile marketing or mobile SMS provider through the SMS platform.

What is MT SMS?

MT or Mobile Terminated SMSs are messages terminated on or delivered to a mobile phone. These types of messages are sometimes referred to as 'short message – mobile terminated' (SM-MT) or simply 'mobile terminated messages.

What is Push-pull SMS?

Push-pull is a two way SMS communication between a system and an user. Push SMS: Any message origination from the server without a request from the receiver mobile is PUSH SMS. For example: the SMS you get about offers, announcement from bank etc. Pull SMS: Any message originated from a mobile device and received by a software is a pull SMS. For example, when you send SMS for checking score by sending a request to number you are sending Pull SMS
